Just lovely ! I have no clue Ruth. I still believe that the whole thing was staged to justify the actions to come later. War is money. Destroy and reconstruct. Money everywhere. I apologise if my views shock you or hurt you Ruth. I just hope that I am wrong.
Don, you did a great job with this sunflower! I've never seen one like it.
Rachel, yes, Don planted it, it's fantastic. I'd love it if you share my blog with your English classes! An honor.
Rauf, your views do not shock or hurt me. I hope you are wrong, too, but we will probably never know the truth about most of these things. So many spins, so many elections. Welcome back! I look forward to seeing new posts about your fesitval trip.
Your declaration is SO bang on, for every day but difinitely to combat the usual 9/11 thought forms. (and the sunflower really says it all!) ~healing room
Thank you so much, Healing Room. I just can't stand the mantra: we'll never forget. Yuck!
BTW, I know it's not easy to leave a comment on my blog now that I've switched to google/beta. Try "other" and it let's you type in your name and url. Sorry it's such a hassle.
Spot on, Ruth. What a great mantra. I'm going to ask myself that question every week. Perhaps it will encourage me to be less concerned with the little things.
Heather, thank you. I find that I have to do this every day, and even several times a day. Just when I think I'm NOT holding on to a destructive thought or emotion, I encounter a whole new experience that throws me into a new ego battle. All we can do is keep monitoring it with our awareness and keep letting stuff go. It's getting easier to forgive myself! Love you.
Rachel, you're welcome. I hope you will tell me of any interesting interactions they have with my blog.
You must be a beautiful yoga tree to watch as a model, I would love to take a class with you. I have been quite undisciplined with yoga and pilates (and treadmill). It always feels so good when I do it, and then I get lazy, forgetting how it made me feel. English and yoga -- what better life??

What a sunflower! Choose this kind of life.

Do you mind if I share your blog with my English classes each morning?

Ginnie, we can recreate the world.

Dear Ruth,
