Pears in the rain

If photos appear pixelated, simply click on image for a better view.

(I'm experimenting with photo size. I'm happy to have the larger format. But I'm unhappy with the pixelation. Hmm, back to the drawing board. Update: After some feedback and more experimenting, it doesn't seem to matter with what tool I load the photos, on some people's computers the photos are pixelated; on some they are not.

Don canned spiced pears from those that had fallen to the ground. Cinnamon stick, cloves and ginger (and a little cognac to make them more interesting).

Why would a photo saved at 513x600, say, that looks good (not pixelated) in photoshop full screen size, look pixelated on my blog?

What I mean is, if a photo is saved at 600x800 in photoshop, and I have set it at a slightly smaller size on the blog post.

Ruth-I don't have any idea about the photo questions. However....I just wanted to mention that those pears sound absolutely GREAT!!

My view must be different because they look great...excellent photos. Seriously. They look and sound absolutely scrumptious too.

Oh, and Happy Birthyear!!
Too late for the day bit, sorry :(

Oops! Sorry, that wasn't meant to happen.

Donica, I know, we can't wait to try them.

DW, Thanks, I'm glad they look good to you. You really don't see the pixelation??

No worries, I deleted your duplicate comment. :)

Thank you for the birth-year wishes!

Ok, go figure, if you CLICK on the photos, the enlarged version doesn't look pixelated!

Ruth, they look GREAT when I pull them up--not pixelated at all. So I guess you fixed it? Now I'm so jealous :) (Of those yummy pears AND the larger photo size!)

Ginnie, some do, and some don't, see the pixels, so what gives?

I'm happy to talk with you sometime about the little tag for larger photos, if you think it will work on your template.

We'll save some of the pears for the next time you and Donica are here!

Now go figure this: today the pics are pixelated. Hmmm. But they're perfect when clicked!

Yeah, I don't get it.
