But what I used to do was ridiculous - I couldn't live in the moment at all and only focused on doing the next thing. I've been working for a few years now on enjoying and focusing on this moment and what I'm doing right now. I think Rumi used to sit in the marketplace and see the comings and goings, all the striving for business. Of course it's necessary, but stopping and looking around is necessary too. You know that very well.
